Kenneth H. Levin, M.D. received his undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, where he graduated with honors. He then completed a two year postbaccalaureate research fellowship at The National Institute of Health in Bethesda, MD, under the direction of the late Nobel Laureate, Dr. Marshall Nirenberg. He received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and was awarded the Merck Medical Book Award for academic excellence. He completed his internship at Tulane University Hospital and his ophthalmology residency at the Krieger Eye Institute at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, MD, where he served as Chief Resident and was honored for his excellence in patient care.
Dr. Levin is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. He has published numerous scientific papers and presented at both national and international meetings.
